Hello all, exciting news to share.
Sarah and I are extremely excited to announce that we’re expecting our first child come April of 08. We are super stoked and I can’t wait to be a daddy.
The title of this post is “What’s your WHY?” I titled it that because I think it’s imperative that you know YOUR why? Your why is your goal or your purpose, your end in mind. I’m a firm believer in knowing what you want out of life first, then work backwards. Most people live day to day and have no direction or vision of what they truly want out of life. I don’t know what I would be doing if I didn’t have such a passion for why I do what I do.
A lot of my friends and family have always asked me, why don’t you get a “real” job or why do you work from home. I’ve heard this for the past 10 years and I think this past week some have actually realized why I’ve decided to take the path of an Entrepreneur.
One of my goals over the last 10 years was to be in a position financially with my businesses to be able to bring my wife home to raise my kids (keep in mind I have only been married 2 years), unless she absolutely wanted to go back to work after having a baby.
You see, I was consciously thinking about this years ago. I had a vision and I was passionate about that vision. Is this for everyone; maybe, maybe not. I just know that I wanted to be in a position to give my wife that option when it came around. I wanted her to have the choice to work, not the other way around and have “no choice” but to work.
That’s what entrepreneurship does, it gives you choices in life. Choices to have what you really want out of life, what you’re passionate about.
So my reason WHY has a totally new dynamic to it. Over the next 9 months I need to take both my businesses to the next level. My goal over the next 9 months is to help 15 NEW people get into a FREE 2008 Black BMW with one of the companies that I’m a part of. If you’re interested let me know.
How about YOU? What’s your WHY? Are you doing what you truly are passionate about? Are you working for yourself and making YOUR dreams come true or do you go to work just to make someone else’s dreams come true?
These are questions you have to be asking yourself on a frequent basis. You owe it to yourself to at least think about it.

Leverage and Residual Income are probably two of the most powerful words I’ve ever heard. I was introduced to Entrepreneurship at the age of 17 years old. A mentor once told me that if I’m the only one that accounts for my paycheck every month, that I would never truly get ahead in life.
He then went on to talk about how Business Owners leverage employees and that when they look at their paychecks every single month, the basically are getting paid off of the hours of their employees.
He also talked about Residual Income and how it basically meant that you do something once, and get paid over and over and over again. Did you know that when the film Grease came out that John Travolta and Olivia Newton John were both offered two options on how they wanted to be paid? They had the opportunity of taking a lump sum, or basically get royalties for the rest of their life. Olivia Newton John decided to go with the lump sum. HUGE mistake. Take a look at the two differences in their lives and both of their careers. It’s drastic.
One of the few business systems that allows you to encompass Leverage and Residual income is the Network Marketing or MLM industry. The Network Marketing (MLM) industry is very powerful in that anyone from anyone walk off life can learn the skills of Entrepreneur, have no to little start up cost, and change their life forever.
When I first was introduced to Leverage and Residual income, I could not believe that not everyone was tapping into that business model. Why, when someone takes a look at information and an opportunity to make an impact on the financial situation, never give themselves a chance to make that change?
